SHADOW VIGILANTE

Privacy Policy

Effective July 17, 2026 Last updated July 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ShadowVigilante ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Shadow Vigilante (the "Game"), package name com.shadowvigilante.game.

01 Information handled by the Game

Game data stored on your device

Shadow Vigilante stores game progress and preferences locally on your device. This may include:

We do not operate user accounts or a game server, and we do not receive this locally stored game data. Android cloud backup is disabled for the Game.

Advertising and device data

The mobile version uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to provide optional rewarded advertisements and occasional interstitial advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect or receive:

The Game requests non-personalized advertisements. Depending on your region, Google's User Messaging Platform may ask for consent or present privacy choices before ads are requested. Selecting non-personalized ads does not necessarily prevent Google from processing data for ad delivery, measurement, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

We do not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, microphone recordings, payment information, or login credentials through the Game.

02 How information is used

Locally stored game data is used only to save progress, purchases made with in-game virtual credits, character selections, and settings.

Google may use advertising and device data to deliver and measure advertisements, provide rewarded-ad functionality, analyze ad and app interactions, maintain security, prevent fraud, diagnose technical problems, and comply with legal obligations.

03 Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share locally stored game-progress data with third parties.

Advertising and device data may be transmitted to Google and its advertising partners when the Google Mobile Ads SDK is active. Their handling of data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies:

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce rights, investigate fraud, or maintain security. Because we do not operate accounts or collect game data on our servers, we ordinarily have no player game records to disclose.

04 Advertising choices

Where available, you can review advertising consent choices from Main Menu > Settings > Ad Privacy Choices. You may also reset or delete your Android advertising ID through your device's privacy settings.

Rewarded advertisements are optional. Declining a rewarded ad means you will not receive the associated in-game reward. Interstitial ads may appear after gameplay milestones.

05 Data retention and deletion

Game progress and settings remain on your device until you clear the Game's storage or uninstall it. Because this data is not sent to us, we cannot retrieve or delete it remotely.

Google and its advertising partners retain advertising and diagnostic data according to their own retention policies. You may use the Game's advertising privacy controls, your device's advertising controls, or contact Google regarding data handled by Google.

If you contact us by email, we may retain your message and contact details only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain support records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of support correspondence by contacting us.

06 Data security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the Game's limited data practices. Local game data is stored within the app's device storage. Android backup is disabled, cleartext network traffic is disabled, and data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

07 Children's privacy

Shadow Vigilante is not directed to children under 13, is not offered as a child-directed app, and is not intended for anyone below the minimum digital-consent age in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through a support request, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

08 Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information, such as rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

The Game does not maintain user accounts or send local gameplay data to us. For advertising data processed by Google, use the advertising privacy controls described above or contact Google. For information contained in support correspondence, contact us using the address below. We will respond as required by applicable law.

09 International processing

Google and its service providers may process advertising and device data in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Google describes its international data-transfer practices in its privacy policy.

10 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, its advertising services, or legal requirements change. We will update the "Last updated" date and publish the revised policy at the same public location. Material changes may also be communicated in the Game or store listing where appropriate.
